Summer sports camp

NOTE: The daycare schedule is from 7:30 to 9:00 am (morning) and from 3:30 to 6:00 pm (afternoon), Monday through Friday.

NOTES:

1. The camp fees include the camp itself, special outings and activities, transportation, and a t-shirt.
2. The 2nd t-shirt or more is $15.00 each, taxes included. T-shirts are non-refundable.

NOTES:

2. Parents have the option to choose both morning AND afternoon slots, or only morning OR afternoon.
3. *EXCEPTION for weeks 1 and 2: $52 AM + PM / $20 AM / $32 PM.
4. If the child is not registered for the extended care service and is picked up after 3:45 PM, a late fee of $10.00 will be charged.

1. Discounts

• For any 7-week registration (registration must be done manually, week by week), a 10% discount will be applied (applicable to all participants). This discount can be combined with one of the two other discounts (either the low-income family discount OR the multi-child discount). IMPORTANT: This discount is applied and refunded at the end of the summer.
• For the camp, we offer a family discount (excluding registration fees) for two or more children from the same family: 2nd child: $10 discount / 3rd child and beyond: $15 discount. For the extended care service, the family discount for two or more children is: 2nd child: $5 discount / 3rd child and beyond: $10 discount.
• We also offer a discount (excluding registration fees) for low-income families or social assistance beneficiaries: 35% reduction on weekly camp and extended care fees. This discount is not available online; parents must apply in person at the center and provide proof (social assistance statement plus copies of both parents’ Relevé 1 tax forms). Examples of accepted proofs for low-income families or social assistance beneficiaries: social assistance certificate, notice of assessment or Relevé 1, employment insurance (EI) documents, financial support or income letter, public service subsidy documents.
• IMPORTANT: Families cannot combine the low-income family discount and the multi-child discount.

2. Refunds

Please note that after the camp begins, any refund request will be calculated as follows: weeks already attended will be charged at the full price without the 10% discount, and only the remaining balance will be refunded.

The $35 registration fee (included in camp fees) and $15 t-shirts are non-refundable. If a week has already started, it will be considered as used. Only weekly camp and extended care fees are refundable.

3. Capacity by Age Group

5 years*: 30 children / 6 years: 36 children / 7 years: 36 children / 8 years: 45 children / 9 years: 45 children / 10 years: 45 children / 11-12 years: 45 children

IMPORTANT: Children must be 5 years old by the first day of camp, with no exceptions.

4. Maximum Capacity

285 children (7 groups)

For the safety of all campers, certain foods are prohibited in lunch boxes due to severe allergies.
