Course description
For beginner adults with no swimming experience, it is recommended to enroll in the Beginner level. This course is designed to teach the basics of swimming, including submersion, floating, and fundamental swimming movements.
If you already have some swimming skills, you can enroll in the Intermediate level. This course will help you improve your swimming technique, learn new movements, and work on your endurance.
For experienced swimmers looking for an additional challenge, the Advanced level is recommended. This course focuses on refining advanced swimming techniques, increasing speed and endurance, and preparing for competitions or more advanced aquatic activities.
This course focuses on learning basic skills such as floating on the front and back, gliding on the front and back with leg movements, swimming on the front for a distance of 10 meters, and entering and exiting deep water.
Prerequisites: Introduction to Aquatic Environment course. No prior swimming experience is required.
In this level, participants will learn backstroke with shoulder roll, crawl, and back crawl for a distance of 15 meters. They will also practice sitting and kneeling dives and swim a minimum distance of 25 meters.
Prerequisites: Participants should have a foundation in swimming and be able to float, breathe underwater, and perform leg movements.
This course is designed for participants who are comfortable swimming in deep water. It focuses on improving and developing swimming techniques such as crawl and backstroke.
Prerequisites: Participants should be able to swim crawl continuously and back crawl for 15 meters.
